My Top 10 Favorite Couples Meme

I decided to do a meme of my personal favorite pairings. In order to make this list as fair as possible, I only chose one pairing per franchise. But don't worry, I will get to some honorable mentions and other pairings I like that didn't make the list. So let's get started shall we?

#10 Falcon x Ayame from the Power Stone series

How did I get into this pairing you ask? Well, watch the Power Stone anime. It's become pretty obvious that the young female ninja Ayame develops a crush on Falcon. Unfortunately though, Falcon seems more interested in Rouge . But maybe there's still hope for this pairing.

#9 Ichigo x Orhime (IchiHime) from the Bleach series

Yeah, I know what you're thinking: "But Rukia belongs with Ichigo" right? Well, from what I've been seeing so far, Rukia doesn't even show affection for Ichigo most of the time, whereas Orihime has expressed many times that she's in love with him. Also, we see a much softer side to Ichigo when it regards Orihime, something that you don't see very often with him and Rukia. So yes, I prefer Orihime to be with Ichigo

#8 Dart x Shana from Legend of Dragoon

Words can't describe how adorable this pairing is. It becomes quite obvious throughout the story that Shana has feelings for Dart, although at the beginning of the story, Dart only views Shana as a close friend. But thankfully, he eventually returns Shana's feelings and the two of them finally become official . The two of them have been very close to one another since childhood and their relationship is evidence of this .

#7 Vahn x Noa from Legend of Legaia

Man, this pairing is so cute, and I think Noa's energetic and cute personality compliments Vahn's quiet, yet heroic and kind-hearted nature well. Honestly, I never really cared much for Mei. I'm not against her, nor am I against VahnxMei (I actually kinda like it). I just prefer Noa to be with Vahn. Also, if Noa was with Vahn, she wouldn't be quite so lonely anymore, especially after the trauma she has to deal with .

#6 Goku x Bulma from the Dragonabll series

I can see the rage from various VegetaxBulma fans already. I honestly never really cared much for that pairing. To me, it just seems like a random pairing that just came out of nowhere. So why do I support Goku with Bulma? Well, for starters Bulma was the first person Goku actually met and became friends with, so there's no question that these two are quite close. Bulma even admits at one point that Goku was quite attractive. Also, if Goku had ended up with Bulma instead of Chichi (although I don't hate her, nor do I hate GokuxChiChi), Bulma wouldn't be nearly as overbearing and would be more accepting of Goku's behavior.

#5 Fox x Krystal from the Star Fox series

I don't think there's much I need to say here. I fell in love with this pairing after playing Star Fox Assault. There are many Fox/Krystal moments in that game, especially during the Sauria mission.

#4 Spider-Man x Chun-Li from the Marvel vs Capcom crossovers

Why do I love this pairing? Well, Spider-Man and Chun-Li are quite alike in personality. Both of them have the tendency to crack jokes, both of them lost somebody that was important to them (Spider-Man lost his uncle and Chun-Li lost her father), and they both hate crime and injustice. Also, not only would Chun-Li be a great girlfriend for Spider-Man, but she could also be a crime-fighting partner to him as well.

#3 Ash x May (Advanceshipping) from the Pokemon series

This is hands down my favorite Pokemon pairing. Because, let's face it, both Pokeshipping and Contestshipping are highly overrated. I always thought that Ash was much better with May and you can clearly see that these two support and look out for each other quite often. May has even shown to be more supportive of Ash than her own father on a few occasions. For example, when Max asks May who she wants to win, May replies by saying "I want dad to win, but I don't want Ash to lose."

#2 Sonic x Blaze (Sonaze) from the Sonic series

Sonaze is definitely my favorite Sonic pairing. Why you ask? Well, Sonic (along with Cream) was the one who finally got Blaze to open up and come out of her shell. He was also the one who got Blaze to finally tap into the power of the Sol Emeralds. Also, the ending in Sonic Rush Adventure implies that Sonic and Blaze were brought together again through the Chaos Emeralds and Sol Emeralds. So does that mean that they were possibly drawn together by fate? There's also further Sonaze evidence in Sonic and the Black Knight when Sonic saves Blaze from falling off a cliff. Watch a video of it on Youtube if you don't believe me. I honestly never really liked Silvaze. It's another pairing that just came out of nowhere. They appear in one game together and all of a sudden people think that they're a couple. There really isn't any evidence that the two of them liking each other.

#1 Luigi x Rosalina from the Mario series:

Yes, I know alot of you are probably shocked by this. The fact that I would choose this pairing instead of a pairing like MarioxPeach or LuigixDaisy. Well, I personally find these pairings to be very overrated (especially Luaisy). Not to say that I hate them because I don't. I just find them to be very overrated and overhyped to the point where they pretty much take over the entire Mario fanbase. But that not why I chose LuigixRosalina. I choose it for a couple of reasons:

1. Their personalities. I personally think Luigi would be more compatible with Rosalina than with Daisy. Rosalina is motherly, kind, mature, and calm whereas Luigi is a bit shy and timid, but kind-hearted all at the same time. I think Rosalina would be able to bring out the best in Luigi and would also be able to comfort him whenever he's down about something.

2. They're underrated. As I mentioned before, MarioxPeach & LuigixDaisy are, by far, the most overhyped pairings in the series. So as a result, most people tend to bash any pairing that's NOT MarioxPeach or LuigixDaisy, which is pretty sad if you ask me. I think the reason they do it is because "it's canon". Well, let me ask you a question. If MarioxPauline became canon tomorrow, would you support it? Or would you continue supporting MarioxPeach? Also, Nintendo never confirmed that Luigi and Daisy were an item (same thing applies to Mario and Peach as well). Nobody cares about whether a pairing is canon or not. Yes, I know that LuigixRosalina is more than likely never going to happen, but that doesn't mean that I can't support it anyway.

3. There are two hints that Luigi may like Rosalina. In Battlerock Galaxy, after saving Luigi, Luigi will then tell Mario that he only give him the Power Star if he promises to tell Rosalina that he was the one who found it. He could have been trying to impress Rosalina (which I think he was because normally he wouldn't ask Mario of such a thing). Also, when you collect all 121 stars with Luigi, you get a picture of him and Rosalina together.
